| Abstract: | A method for the confirmatory analysis of quinaldine residue in fish is described. The method utilizes the same extraction and cleanup procedure as the GLC method reported previously. The lower limit of sensitivity for quinaldine residue in fish muscle is 0.01 ppm. Identification is accomplished by comparing the UV spectra of the sample and a standard solution of quinaldine. |
