| Abstract: | A recent survey of helium concentrations in Larderello steam showed that there has been a strong decrease since earlier surveys and that the helium is concentrated in central zones of steam up-flow. The He decline and present distribution are interpreted as being due to the release of stored He produced by production-induced microfracturing. ?? 1984. |
