| Abstract: | On the basis of a mineral survey most of the Mokelumne Wilderness and adjacent roadless areas are considered to offer little promise for discovery of mineral resources. A small area contains a previously known mining district (Summit City) in which small amounts of a number of metallic minerals occur and the area has a probable mineral potential for gold and silver resources. No energy resources were identified in this study. |
