| Abstract: | A study of the gains or losses of the Sevier Valley-Piute Canal from near Joseph to near Aurora, Sevier County, Utah, was made to aid in water allocation for the canal system. Four sets of seepage measurements were made in 1976, with the three most representative being used in the analysis. Adjustments for fluctuations in flow in the canals were made from information obtained from water-stage recorders operated at selected locations along the canal during the time of each seepage run. |
