| Abstract: | The results of a 1-year study, in 1977-78, of surface-water quality in the Caney Creek watershed, northeast Arkansas, are presented to document conditions before implementation of Soil Conservation Service programs. The report includes a general description of the watershed ‘s topography, geology, and aquifers, and the results of several measurements at two sites of discharge, and a number of physical and chemical parameters.
