Abstract

The geologic framework of the Puget Sound aquifer system was compiled and mapped as part of the U.S. Geological Survey's nationwide Regional Aquifer-System Analysis Program study of the ground-water resources of the Puget-Willamette Lowland regional aquifer system, in western Washington, western Oregon, and part of British Columbia. The report includes maps of surficial geology, thickness of unconsolidated deposits, and elevation of bedrock surface.
