Abstract

Site II P-13 is in Oceanus Procellarum, about midway between craters Kepler to the northeast and Flamsteed to the southwest. Terra materials occur only in the northeast corner of the site. The rest of the area is covered by mare. On full-moon photographs the site appears to be largely an area of dark mare crossed by faint rays radial to Kepler.
