Abstract

Geochemical studies of the Rolla, Mo., 1° x 2° quadrangle were begun in 1977 as part of a joint multidisciplinary study of the quadrangle by the U.S. Geological Survey and the Division of Geology and Land Survey, Missouri Department of Natural Resources. The study is to access the mineral resource potential of the area by integrated geologic, geochemical, and geophysical studies.
