Abstract
A listing is presented of flood maps prepared by the U.S. Geological Survey through 1973. Maps are listed by State and county and the list provides information on the type of flooding depicted and the reliability of the delineation.
The list was prepared from a computer file, and an available program allows retrieval of data by land-line location, State and county, and Standard Metropolitan Statistical Area (SMSA). The file will be continuously updated.
