Abstract

This report lists in tabular form approximately 1,500 drainage area divisions in the Kanawha River basin of West Virginia. Drainage areas, compiled in downstream direction, are for streams having a drainage area of approximately 5 square miles and larger and for U.S. Geological Survey gaging stations. Sites on streams for which drainage area is desired may be located by stream mile (measured upstream from mouth), by quadrangle (71/2 minute), by county, or by latitude and longitude.
